the Halifax Regional Municipality granted Cole Harbour the zoning rights to build a statue of Sidney Crosby on a small parcel of unused land along the Forest Hills Parkway in town's downtown core. The community hopes the statue will attract NHL fans who happen to be in Halifax and want to pay homage to the prodigy. |
