Career Highlights:

Vince Carter averaged 12.3 points per game while playing for the North Carolina Tar Heels.

Named to the All-NBA Third Team in 1999-2000.

In September 2002, Vince donated $2.5 million to finance the construction of a new gymnasium at his Daytona Beach high school.

In July 2003, he opened a professional-sized basketball court, funded by his foundation - Embassy of Hope - in Toronto's Dixon Park.

The court valued at $130,000 was officially opened with Carter sending the first ball through the hoop.

Vince became the first Toronto Raptor to be recognized as an NBA Player of the Week.

Averaged 20.6 points per game during 2002-2003 season.

In 2003-2004 Carter received the most NBA All-Star votes.

In 2004-2005 season Vince averaged 24.5 points per game - first on the team, was named Eastern Conference Player of the Week and Month, and was a starter for the 2005 NBA All-Star Game.
